Like many women who love fashion, fall is THE season. I have already picked up a few things, but so far the two pieces that I have promptly fallen in love with are my new J.Crew Regent Blazer and Aritzia Peyton Silk Blouse in large herringbone pattern.

Blouse: Babaton Peyton Silk Blouse (Whitecap Grey/Black).

Pants: Club Monaco Emily Pant (Black).

Bag: 3.1 Philip Lim Pashli Satchel (Black).

Blazer: J.Crew Regent Blazer (Warm Camel).

Rings: Aldo (Gold).

I almost always wear my blazers with the collar turned up, so when I saw this Regent blazer, I knew I had to give it a try. The length is a bit long like a boyfriend blazer, which I love. And the other most important detail: the sleeves! The last few years J.Crew has been making their blazers with a bracelet-length cut and it was just a bit too short to not find annoying. This season, they finally decided to lengthen them and I'm thrilled. They've been lengthened about half an inch from this Double-Serge Wool Blazer I purchased a few years ago. Half an inch doesn't sound like a lot, but I certainly feel the difference. I purchased this in camel, since I have yet to own a blazer in this color, but I love it so much I am also tempted to get it in black, grey, and red!
